Justice Pathfinders Collective

Rising Equity Fellows is a cohort-based leadership experience through JUSTICE PATHFINDERS COLLECTIVE   for youth ages 13–25 who are ready to step into leadership and deepen their understanding of justice, equity, and policy.

Fellows build systems literacy, leadership skills, and confidence through guided learning, peer collaboration, and exposure to real policy environments.

Justice Pathfinders Collective develops youth leaders across Los Angeles County through:

• Leadership development grounded in lived experience and community accountability
   
• Policy education that demystifies how laws, budgets, and institutions shape our lives
   
• Skill-building in public speaking, storytelling, research, and strategic thinking
   
• Real-world civic exposure to understand how decisions are made and how change happens
•  No prior policy experience is required. 
• No Fees required to join
