If I participated in the on-the-spot Free Expungement Event how long would it take for my record to be expunged?

Your case would take 3-6 months to be reviewed from the initial date of submission.

How can I find out if my case has been reviewed?

You can visit your sentencing court Courts Clerk and provide your name and date of birth. The clerk will be able to provide the status of your petition.

What if I'm denied?

It is not uncommon that some petitions are denied, and don't give up. Please email Contact@uofgfm.org subject line: Denied Expungement Petition for further consultation.
