A will or testament is a legal document by which a person, the testator, expresses their wishes as to how their property is to be distributed at death, and names one or more persons, the executor, to manage the estate until its final distribution. Please note that a Will & Testament, does not avoid the probate process.

The Notice is the most critical part of the entire eviction process. It is important that it is prepared and served correctly.

• Complete the intake form online and submit payment.
• Registered Unlawful Detainer Assistants review the intake form, prepares the eviction notice, and emails it for e-signature.
• Registered Process Servers, serve all tenants and unnamed occupants. Service details and next steps are emailed. Once the notice expire you can proceed with filing the Eviction and U.D.

STEPS 4 – 10  NOTICE EXPIRES

• Complete intake form, to proceed with the Eviction And Unlawful Detainer.
• We prepare the unlawful detainer forms for e-signature.
• We file the unlawful detainer with the court and serve the Defendant (s).
• Once the Defendants are served, we inform you exactly how many days they have to Respond.
• If the Defendant doesn’t Respond, we request for Entry of Default Judgement.We deliver the writ to the Sheriff’s Department and schedule the lock out.

Power of Attorney is a legal document that gives someone you appoint, as agent, the power to act on your behalf. Either effective immediately or when incapacitated, depending on your choice. Your agent is able to make all or certain financial decisions you elect, on your behalf. This document avoids the need for Conservatorship.
